These pants are designed with a generous, oversized harem fit. The shape is intentionally loose through the hips, thighs & crotch area, creating a soft draped silhouette with plenty of room for movement. The elasticated waist makes the fit flexible and comfortable. Choose your size using the MC2 Body Measurements Chart, but keep in mind that this design is not meant to fit closely to the body. It's impossible to give fabric amounts for every fabric type and every size. For clarity, I provide yardage for both the smallest and largest sizes, based on a suitable fabric width. To stay on the safe side, you may follow the largest cutting layout for any other size.
To find out the AMOUNT for a particular FABRIC in your size, you might like taking your pattern to the fabric shop – their assistants are always happy to help.
Otherwise, do it yourself:
stretch a flat bed-sheet on a table or floor;
fold it to the width of the material you plan to use;
arrange ALL pattern pieces paying attention to the grainline desired-directions and seam allowances;
