Returns

If there is a defect with the product, please email support@mc2patterns.com to request a refund or replacement. You will be instructed on how to proceed.

Products can be returned or exchanged up to thirty (30) days after purchase.

We will exchange a product with a different product of equal or less value.

Refunds

We stand behind our products, and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, we generally offer no refunds because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download.

If you change your mind about your purchase and have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled case-by-case and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
