This elegant retro-style dress features a beautifully shaped off-shoulder bodice paired with a dramatic, full pleated skirt for a timeless, feminine silhouette. The fitted bodice sits just off the shoulders, highlighting the neckline and collarbone, and is finished with a gently scooped neckline that softens the structured shape.

Both the front and back bodice are shaped with four narrow stitched-up pleats (5 cm each), providing subtle waist definition and a smooth, tailored fit without bulk. The bodice flows into a full, below-the-knee-length skirt, constructed with deep inverted pleats that create graceful volume and fluid movement while maintaining a clean, vintage-inspired line.

A centre-back zip ensures a neat closure and is discreetly concealed within the centre-back skirt pleat, extending approximately 15 cm below the waistline for an uninterrupted finish.

Lightweight to medium-weight woven fabrics such as cotton poplin, viscose, crepe, linen blend, or lightweight twill.
* UK 10: 130 × 170 cm / 52" × 68"
* UK 20: 140 × 200 cm / 56" × 80"

As always, it's impossible to give fabric amounts for every fabric type and every size. For clarity, I provide yardage for both the smallest and largest sizes, based on a suitable fabric width. To stay on the safe side, you may follow the largest cutting layout for any other size.
