Digital-PDF sewing pattern (no paper sent) for a Bomber-Style Short Coat with an Easy-to-Make Lining
Pattern code: mc2-7006

A contemporary, elongated bomber-style short coat designed for comfort, clean lines, and confident everyday wear. The relaxed silhouette is shaped with dropped shoulders and softly structured sleeves, giving the coat an easy, modern feel without bulk. Ribbed jersey details at the collar and cuffs add a subtle sporty character while providing comfort and a neat, professional finish.

The coat features a centre-front zipper and practical side-seam pockets, seamlessly integrated to preserve the minimalist look.

Designed with wearability and construction clarity in mind, this pattern includes an easy-to-make full lining, allowing sewists to achieve a polished inside finish without complex techniques. The lining method is approachable and logical, making the coat an ideal next-step project for makers ready to move beyond unlined garments and gently build their skills.

Design highlights:
* Modern elongated bomber silhouette
* Dropped shoulders for relaxed fit and ease of movement
* Ribbed jersey (or fleece) collar and cuffs
* Centre-front zip closure
* Clean side-seam pockets (no welts)
* Easy-to-make full lining for a professional result
